Can’t say it’s provided any pain relief & im been taking 2 form of cartilage builders like this a day & it’s been 1.5 yrs since my last X-rays & yesterday’s rays showed my cartilage is still declining.

I saw this recommended by a dermatologist on YouTube so thought I'd give it a try. I mix it with water and it is tasty. I think it is helping with my hair skin and nails, and will buy again!

I've been drinking this collagen mix for a month now. It has done something to my face because I always get compliments on the appearance of my skin when I'm not wearing any makeup at all. My fine lines are even finer and there's this glow about my skin that I can't explain. I dilute one scoop in water every morning. I just make sure I mix it well so it's not lumpy. The taste is good, too. I highly recommend it.

I bought this one in the acai lemonade flavor. It tastes and blends great. I have been using it for 2 weeks now and so far so good.

Very strong taste and Even used in a smoothie with lots of fruit and could still taste it. Not my favorite.

I really liked the flavor of this Collagen powder. Do I know if it’s helping? Too early to tell, but a great way to increase water intake, so that’s good!
