Nice product
I saw a nutritionist that recommended this brand. I have not noticed any adverse reactions to them, they are very pure as they do not contain any filler, gluten, dairy, soy, sugar, dyes, etc. A serving is six a day, my nutritionist told me I could break it up and take 3 with breakfast and 3 with lunch. They are not overly large capsules and I find they go down easy enough for me; I know that might still be a drawback for some. The 360 count bottle will last 2 months.

Been taking this for about six weeks.
Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.
