Highly bioavailable!!!

Based on my personal experience, this form of zinc is very bioavailable. I was taking one pill three times per week and my lab results came back slightly above the optimal range. The lab recommended I take 10 mg per day so I will be cutting back to two pills per week until next lab work. Unfortunately, this doesn’t come in 10mg pills.
