Mixed feelings, leaning positive
Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands. Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst.
