The thing you have to keep in mind with multi-vitamins is the source of each vitamin and how that affects their absorption in your stomach. For example Calcium Citrate is way better than Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Glycinate is heads above Magnesium Oxide, Beta-Carotene is better Vitamin A absorption than Retinol Palmitate. Most people don't know these things so when they see a multi with hundreds of % of each vitamin they automatically think it's a good product. That is completely false because like I said before Magnesium Glycinate absorbs better than Oxide does and is way more costly to put into a vitamin. So they can load up on minerals and vitamins that won't absorb at almost no cost to them. The supplement industry really sucks.<br /><br />That being said, Orange Triad has vitamins and minerals from great sources compared to anything else on the market (Animal Pak is the only one better, but that's 22 pills a day. No thanks). They all will absorb and give you the most for your money. The only thing you have to keep in mind is this is Orange flavored, but with no artificial sweeteners and dyes it won't taste the best. It tastes like an Orange Superfood drink so if you expect anything better than that then I'm sorry because the greens do have a taste to them.<br /><br />What really impressed me with Orange Triad though is even on their blends that most people won't even look at, is they used good sources. For example, they used Glucosamine Sulfate which is way better than Glucosamine HCl. Pretty much every Glucosamine supplement uses Glucosamine HCl because it's cheaper. Orange Triad didn't cut any corners in this product so that's why it's pricey.<br /><br />Best value as far as a heavy-dosed performance multi goes. Doesn't taste the best, but it's better than the pill form where you have to take 6 massive horse pills a day. Those are painful to swallow and I take tons of supps a day so I'm used to pills. I legitimately puked my first week trying to take them. Powder is the way to go haha.<br /><br />Don't think Centrum is going to get you what you actually need. Go with the consistently best multi on the market. Orange Triad will provide.

I love this product. I primarily bought it for joint support and digestive support.<br /><br />Per the label you're supposed to take one scoop twice a day with meals, and they also recommend you drink at least a gallon of water each day.<br /><br />I will say without a doubt the digestive support is right on track. Without taking this, or fiber, or any other pre/pro-biotic support, I generally only poop once every 2-3 days. But man oh man, when I take this I typically go about an hour afterward.<br /><br />I have bad knees and that's where the need for joint support comes in. If I'm very active (running consistently for example) my knees will get to the point where it will hurt to just walk. This product definitely helped with that. I'd say it probably took a full tub/supply for me to truly notice the difference.<br /><br /> However the taste leaves much to be desired, I give it 4/10. It does have an orange flavor, but I recommend either putting it in the minimum amount of water and chugging it, or mixing it with something (protein shake, smoothies, etc etc) to mask the flavor.<br /><br />I will also note that it doesn't have iron

I've used dozens of supplements over the past 20 years and I've never had such a bad experience. The label of nutrients and probiotics made this the perfect or ultimate multi-vitamin, and easy to take just throw it into two of my protein shakes a day. After 4 days of taking this through horrible stomach pains and dozens of trips to the bathroom I went to the ER. My diagnoses was colitis so I stopped taking the supplements that I normally took and only ate soup. I healed up in a few days took this again and bam I was right back in pain again and multiple bathroom trips.I usually do not rate products unless they're exceptionally good, I had to tell this reaction so other people know this happened to me.

This is my go-to multi-vitamin. I have been using Orange Triad for years, and I now use this version with the Greens because I do not eat as many vegetables as I should. For me, my favorite benefit is the joint complex; my joints get sore from lots of weightlifting, activities, and age (40), and I definitely notice a difference in my joints when I go a few days without taking this. Also, it's more cost and time-effective than taking a multi and a separate joint supplement. The taste isn't the best, but I mix it and drink it quickly, like I'm taking a shot, so I never have a problem taking it. Plus, I think my problem with the taste has more to to with the disconnect of drinking something that is orange-flavored but not orange in color, if that makes sense (i.e. it doesn't taste anything like what it looks like), but that's my issue and not the product's fault.

Controlled labs makes great products. The taste is surprisingly good and at a fantastic price point. Highly recommended.
