Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. My energy through the afternoon is noticeably more stable since I started this. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid.

Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Great value for the serving count — works out cheaper per dose than the big brands.

Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore. Blends smooth in seconds; texture is consistent every scoop.

Flavor is bland at best, slightly chemical at worst. Does not dissolve well — I end up chewing little lumps, which is unpleasant.

Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Quality felt inconsistent between batches — color and texture varied.

Gentle enough to take daily and I've had zero side effects. Exactly what I was hoping for.
