Practically Perfect Multivitamin!

So happy to find these! The only multivitamin I've found that has the bioavailable forms of the B vitamins... Particularly B6, B2 and B12, which are often in their least available forms in other vitamins, or in a blend of bioavailable and non-bioavailable. Also has iodine from icelandic kelp, which is nice. And, this multi has ideal percentages of B vitamins for me; not too high or too low. I used to have to buy all my b vitamins separately to get the form and amount I want/need, plus take a multivitamin (which had less bioavailable forms of B vitamins in it). The other vitamins/minerals in this are also in bioavailable forms... I'm just focusing on the B vitamins in this review because that's been the hardest for me to find in a multivitamin. Really hope they don't discontinue this!

It doesn’t make me feel sick or anxious!

I’ve taken the Methyl One vitamins for the past week now, and, they aren’t bothering me at all so far, I used to feel hyper or anxious from a different multi vitamin and needed to take breaks from them. My other vitamins had all active B vitamins and active folate, but, I had to take a half dose because of MTHFR genes, these Methyl One vitamins are already a lower dose and the B12 cobalamin is not all Methylcobalamin, it’s 50%, that seems to help me.
I won’t know for sure how they are working until I can get my blood tested in a few months, maybe....hopefully, it’ll be good.

Great Product

I've been using this product for a few months now. I'd been using Life Extension but feel the quality has greatly declined so it was time to source a new multivitamin Seeking Health remains a quality brand and I've had great results from their line so between their great reputation and that they offer a metylated multivitamin I was confident in giving this a try. My trust was well placed on this one.

Since switching to this multi vitamin I have felt better overall. I have chronic EBV and MTHFR so I'm always tired, taking naps and sleeping long hours. That exhaustion has lessened, my naps are now a few times a week vs the multiple times a day that they had been.

I appreciate that there's an option available that includes the correct optimal forms of these vitamins and the difference is notable. Most people have multiple MTHFR mutations and though it's getting easier, it can be difficult to find the most beneficial versions of basic vitamins. Seeking Health offers a rare gem via this product, for which I find the pricing to be reasonable and consistent with the quality of this supplement.

The capsules are a manageable size, easy for the average supplement user to swallow, and has no aftertaste. There's no indigestion or gas after taking them. I have had some bouts of nausea when not taking them after having food in my stomach but now that I know that I'm just sure to have something small each morning prior to taking them, along with my other supplements.

In conjuction with this I also use their Optimal Magnesium supplement which helps with my chronic pain and illness symptoms.

Seeking Health lives up to the name and I would highly recommend them.

I recieved my most recent bottle in July 2021, it shows a manufacture date of January 2021. Given that this is a month's supply there seems to be adequate circulation in the Amazon inventory to get a product with reasonable shelf life remaining.

Great source of methyl vitamins

This is good source of methyl-B12 and methyl-folate. These are superior to forms found in most supplements. My only complaint is there is no vitamin C here. Vitamin C is necessary for the absorption of some vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients. Who makes a multi-vitamin without C? Pleases add vitamin C.

The Best Multi for B Co-Enzymes

This is the best multivitamin I have come across in terms of its B content. It uses the co-enzyme forms wherever possible, which is super for folks with MTHFR dysfunction. There isn't a gargantuan amount of B either, which is superb because I can't imagine how ingesting 3000+% of the RDA for some of these B vitamins can be good for your liver long-term.

Bravo, Seeking Health.
