Wrong form of cinnamon for health supplements
Warning! it's the wrong form of cinnamon, I would recommend you steer clear of this product. It is Cinnamomum cassia (Chinese Cinnamon, Vietnamese Cinnamon) a very spicy form and not good for use as a health supplement. I quickly learned after I began having severe gastrointestinal problems, burning, discomfort, excess gas which was difficult to burp from only taking one capsule a day. But it's as much my fault, I failed to do my homework and did not notice it was the wrong form and not Ceylon Cinnamon, the most appropriate form of cinnamon for health supplements.
