Wrong form of cinnamon for health supplements

Warning! it's the wrong form of cinnamon, I would recommend you steer clear of this product. It is Cinnamomum cassia (Chinese Cinnamon, Vietnamese Cinnamon) a very spicy form and not good for use as a health supplement. I quickly learned after I began having severe gastrointestinal problems, burning, discomfort, excess gas which was difficult to burp from only taking one capsule a day. But it's as much my fault, I failed to do my homework and did not notice it was the wrong form and not Ceylon Cinnamon, the most appropriate form of cinnamon for health supplements.

Cinnamon 1500 not Ceylon cinnamon 2500

For the life of me how a order for cinnamon 1500 get confused with Ceylon cinnamon 2500. Maybe someone could explain this.<br />I know what I ordered an it was not Ceylon cinnamon 2500….?

Warning.. NOT Ceylon Cinnamon, but grocery store variety, Cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum)

I'm told that Cassia cinnamon for more than 10 or so days can actually do you more harm that good. Research it for yourself... but for health benefits (e.g. blood sugar/fat, etc), it's Ceylon Cinnamon you should be seeking.. Or so I'm told and the research papers indicate.
