While this is not over the top, it is a well balanced formula, geared to an adult male's nutritional needs. It is not the best formula, it is far from the worst. Basic needs, without a lot of extras; and the price is right. Some multivitamin formulas are priced higher, for fewer nutrients. The best part of this is that there is no iron, men don't need extra iron.

Every person's body is different. I tried 4 different brands before and none of them really worked for me. This 365 organic multi vitamins have been accepted by my body and I can say there is minimal wastage. I feel better during the day. Will continue with this as long as yhey are available.

Great vitamin to help enhance the body. As we all know, we truly cannot get 100% of our body’s needs from today’s food!, so this little one a day helps. We’ve Been using this product for over a year now and we can feel a diff when we stop using.

I'll keep it fairly short, the flavor isn't great, the pills are big, and for the money it's worth to just get a different supplement.

When my husband started taking this, it caused increased anxiety and shakiness. It was ineligible for returns, so it was a complete waste of money.
