My go to for a B complex

I love this brand because there aren’t thousands and thousands % of RDA’s.

Great product

I’ve used this brand for years and gives me the boost I need. Some others on Amazon make me nauseated- (yes, with food)… not this one . I wouldn’t advise taking it after 4pm if you plan on getting decent sleep lol!

This product made me feel a bit hypoglycemic after taking it be careful consult your Dr before use. It was a bit strong for my system.
