The vitamin content is excellent. Unfortunately these pills are absolutely huge! They are giant horse pills with no coating, so even if you do swallow, it will not "slide down". I have issues swallowing pills so didn't even try. My wife, who has no issues taking pills, couldn't even get one down. So I cut it into quarters but that was even worse because the edges are kind of sharp. Even a quarter of this pill is the size of a average sized large caplet!

If you are looking to get Energy do NOT buy these. They are to make you calm. They put me to sleep. They also have herbs in it to deal with stress.

I have been having significant difficulty sleeping for the past two to three years, rarely sleeping more than four hours a night (actually relieved when I did get four hours). I’m amazed that this product helped immediately. I’ve tried everything from high intensity exercise, long walks, yoga, herbs, and finally medication. Nothing worked. Lab work has shown me to be low in B-1, and the label says “supports relaxation and healthy stress levels”, so I thought I’d give this a try. I’m so glad I did. It’s amazing to sleep seven hours at night and wake up feeling rested.

Good ingredients- however these are tablets. Not capsules. Very hard to swallow, Terrible taste.

These may be effective for others but the taste and difficulty in swallowing made it a bad fit for me and my inability to keep it down made it a waste of money on my end.
