Great!

My husband has had every protein made (or so it seems) and he says this is one of the best ones he’s had. The flavor and consistency is great. This is now his go to brand!

Get ready to Chew it down and scrape it off your teeth

I have tried this brand before and it was great. This time it is the worst ever. I literally had to chew the crap down. This protein is lumpy and clumpy the worst I have ever tried. The other products I have used from Ronnie Coleman have been great. Maybe this one was not from a reputable supplier of the product. So disappointing.

Beats the Competition

As a senior citizen who refuses to slow down, I continue to lift and challenge myself. The difference between my current condition and that of my college days was that now my body will not recover as well from exercise abuse. I felt I needed to add protein to provide my aging body with the fuel it needs to repair after lifting sessions. I've tried other proteins, such as what can be purchased in warehouse stores, but they were difficult to mix and left a strong metallic aftertaste.

The RC King Whey provides more protein per scoop with less calories and sugars than the competition. Compare the labels and make sure to take note of the serving sizes. Some proteins claims 32 grams of protein, however, their serving size is twice that of this product. The RC product is a few cents more per ounce but I'll gladly pay it because, as others have pointed out, the flavor is quite good. A big deciding factor should be its origin. This product is made in the USA. Other brands may be designed in the USA or manufactured in the USA of foreign materials. Other countries don't have standards as we do. Your choice.

Does the product work? Does any protein powder work? I have no idea. I'm not a scientist and have not done any testing. But I like to think it does. I guess it's like toothpaste. You really can't tell if the product works but you continue to use it.

Bad taste

I hate to do this as Ronnie Coleman has been an idol of mine for years, but the peanut butter flavor is the worst tasting powder I’ve ever had. Chemical after taste was very strong. I can typically choke down things that would make a billy goat puke, but not this..... I returned this product

Flavor was ok, just wasn’t for me.

The taste is ok but not for me, I was giving this a try because a friend really liked it. After about 6 scoops I decided to return to my old brand and have him the remaining powder.
