It works !!

I didnt think i needed a T-boost but i bought it noticing the Cortisol part of this multi-vitamin so it can help me in recovery after the workouts and also provide me with multi-vitamins i usually take. Cortisol is the enemy of testosterone and it increases in body after a intense workout. I kinda liked that it is meeting 2 requirements at once. I started getting some good sleep after taking this multi-vitamin and i feel better. Will definitely continue using it
