I have chronically low vitamin D. I took 10,000 IU of the pills religiously for a year. Despite this my blood vitamin D level never went above 22. Apparently I have a really hard time absorbing it. I started taking the liquid back in Feb, with a blood draw beforehand to get a baseline.. I started out at a level of 21. I then took 2 drops of this liquid each day for 30 days, which equates to 4,000 IU/day. I went ahead and checked my levels after that month and it had gone up to 29. Great results in a short time! So far it's the best method of taking vitamin D I've found, even better than a Sperti vitamin D sunlamp (at least for me). Hopefully after 6 months of it I'll be up in the 50's.

This is a very potent Vitamin D. I've used it for years off and on. I'll be purchasing again, as I'm sick of taking pill supplements. Please note that this bottle has 1000 drops in it, and each drop is equal to 2000 iu's. NOT 1000 as another reviewer wrote. They probably didn't read the label thoroughly. Also I recommend starting with 1 drop under your tongue and see how you do. I'm finding out the hard way that if one if deficient in something and then you begin taking a lot of the supplement, you can definitely have a reaction. You should also take your Vit D with a little bit of Vit K.....

This is the first time I took a vitamin supplement and actually felt like it was doing something.<br />After taking this I am convinced all tablet and capsule forms of Vitamin D3 are inferior to this Emulsion.<br />The only problem I have while taking this is, I cant sleep that easily, I feel like the energizer bunny, I dont even need to eat while taking this stuff, I literally could stay away 48 hours.<br />BUT when I do get to sleep its a deep regenerative sleep.<br />I highly recommend trying this Vitamin D over other forms.<br />And another thing, it lasts a long time, me and entire family (4 people) taking it daily and we still havent taken out half the bottle.... well worth the money.

I’ve known Vitamin D was important but tried gel capsules before and NEVER felt a difference. I didn’t even know what it really did until I got this product. Within 2 days I felt a difference. Within a week, I feel a huge difference. I have more energy, I’m happier, I don’t forget things, I can manage my stress a lot better, and my I can totally control my cravings and hunger pangs are gone. Guess what? I’ve only been taking it for less than 2 weeks. This is a game changer!! Vitamin D regulates hormones, reduces body fat, reduces insulin resistance, and heals so much more. Sunlight isn’t enough even in sunny climates. I never knew how much vitamin D was so important until I started to feel a difference and I did more research. This is the real deal and I’m never going without this. Also I’ve been taking 2 drops a day in the morning. I probably will go down to 1 drop soon.

I am three months into recovering from an extreme allergic reaction to this product. My doctor recommended that I take Hi-Po Emulsi-D3 which contains high doses of D3 (liquid form) to bring up my D level. After two days I had developed a geographic tongue, extreme thirst and urination, severe eye pain, back pain, hives on my feet, and plummeting fatigue. I have seen several doctors and apparently I am having an unusual reaction probably due to the lanolin. I have found very little information on this type of reaction to D3 so I wanted to share my experience to help others who may experience something similar after taking this product. It has been a very frightening experience and I suggest being cautious when taking this product or any D product.

Best high-potency D3 emulsion I’ve used. The flavor is smooth, slightly sweet and fruity, and not oily. I was taking 5 units (2.5 drops) a day and my oily skin decreased by 50% within 2 weeks. After 2 months, the deep painful zits that routinely popped up in the same spots, were nearly eliminated. I switched to another less expensive brand with sunflower seed oil...not nearly as effective or tasty.
