I had read reviews on here and the bad were really bad but also NOT truthful. I hate when people lie about things. So I read a review that the bottle does not come sealed...this was false the bottle came with 2 different seals one outside on the lid and one inside. They work great after 2 weeks I started to notice a difference in my hair and nails then my skin. I highly recommend them.

I started using this product because I noticed my hair thinning, falling out and my nails were super brittle. After a couple of weeks of taking this regularly I could 100% see a difference in my nails, and was starting to see changes in my hair as well. After a full month I could tell my hair was stronger and and not breaking nearly like it use it. I’m currently in the 2nd month of taking it and I can tell my hair is thicker, but I’ve also been seeing little hairs growing back!!!!! Not only are they growing back but they seem to be growing back fairly quickly too!!! The pills are a bit on the bigger side, but it doesn’t seem to bother me much. They are capsules so they go down fairly easy! I will be continuing to purchase this product!

Hands-down best hair vitamin I've ever gotten in my life. This means a lot coming from #1 a hair dresser #2 someone who's had issues with hair growth and thickness since I was 13 because I have hypothyroidism and #3 I'm 41 years old and have been in the hair industry as a professional for 21 years!<br />I know this sounds like an ad but its not! I started to notice some of my clients hair was growing longer than usual in a short amount of time so I asked what they were using. Everyone said Vital Proteins with collagen. So I researched it and started using this pill (the powder and the one in the blue container work just as well). My hair stopped growing after I reached puberty. Little did I know it was due to my thyroid until I was 28ish. I tried everything but nothing worked as well as this brand. I bought some vital proteins products as recommended by my doctor. I started with the powder that dissolves in your drink. Could NOT stomach it. Had to choke it down every time and nearly puked. So I decided to try the capsules. I really wanted to love them but there is an ingredient in them that caused me to have an allergic reaction each time I tried it. It would make my tongue and face tingle. Must be something that’s in the capsule itself? I wanted to love them but ultimately they did not work for me.
