Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom.
Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Didn't notice any of the benefits the label promises, even after a full bottle.
Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Resealable tub keeps everything fresh and the scoop sits right on top. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.
For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant.
