Mega indeed. Bring on the B's.
Because the recommended dose of these vitamins is two soft gels, I hoped they would be smaller than the really big vitamins so popular these days. They are not small -- about one inch long -- but surprisingly, are easy to take, I think, because they're gelcaps, not pills. Frankly, they look so large, I was going to skip even trying one. But they're easy to swallow. Moreover, they're crammed with good nutrients like vitamins A, C, D (2,000 IU) and all those B vitamins. Mega doses of B vitamins, like 20,000% of the RDA of B-12. There's even coenzyme Q-10.

Someone online suggested Puritan's Pride as a value substitute for Rainbow vitamins, which used to be good vitamins at an affordable price, but lately the Rainbow brand has become way more expensive.
