Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space. Honestly tastes like a treat rather than a chore.

Better than the name brands
Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted.
