I did like these a little better than my regular ZMA sleep supplement ($22). The ingredients in these are superior. Just not worth 2 and 1/2 times as much ($55), in my opinion. If they were just a little more, I would gladly pay it. But not this much more.

My job consists of a lot of travel across many time zones. Two of the most difficult things for me to get are balanced nutrition and regular sleep. This product has a wonderful balance of minerals and a quality source of Magnesium that helps me get deep restful sleep no matter what time zone I'm in.

I've been using this vitamin for a while now and enjoy the relaxing effects and extra minerals.

Complete mineral complex, better than ZMA

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.
