This item gave me a VERY upset stomach, and the reason I'm posting this is that I had not seen any type of warning that this could happen. Let this be a warning to all with more sensitive stomachs, NOT good.

All of Andrew Lessmans vitamins are the best. He fills them with everything you need to protect and absorb the nutrients and make you feel better. I noticed a difference in my painful knees within a month of starting this one. And they are always gentle to your tummy.

It is difficult to have truly meaningful / objective / valid analysis of the effectiveness of a product like this. I have used several Turmeric products with what I subjectively felt were varying degrees of effectiveness from arthritis pain (primarily in hips for me) Objectively, this was far and away the most expensive. Subjectively it is far and away the least effective.

Taking for knee pain before started using pain was so bad had to take steroid shot twice a year not any more pain is pretty much gone since taking Turmeric & Ginger supplement!
