These are by far the best shakes that I have found out there! They are very good just mixed with water, even better blended with fruit. The part I love is that it keeps me full, and really tastes great; very creamy.My husband and I both enjoy them, and will continue to buy them.

Great product. Easy to use. Helps to reduce fat. I always take it with me.

I've been using this for years. Chocolate's my favorite but vanilla's great too. I like to mix it with unsweetened Cashew or Almond milk to make it extra thick.

These are great!<br />I'm training for a comp and it's not always easy eating 5 meals a day....<br />So instead of a meal, I have one of these.<br />Not bad!<br />But I got sick of strawberry halfway through the box, so don't buy bigger than pack of 20.<br />40 grams of protein in each packet!

While I greatly prefer the chocolate flavored Lean Body packets, all of the flavors are pretty good, and overall, I've found the flavor of all other brands of meal replacements and protein powders lacking. This has all the right ingredients, with a great ratio of protein (40+ grams) to carbs and fat - and it's a quality company. I have a shake - typically mixed with 10oz of water (I add creatine and glutamine to the mix as well) - every morning for my breakfast on the way to work (it mixes easily in a shaker). Despite the relatively high price of both box sizes of packets (why can't they offer this loose in a big tub with a scooper?), I wholeheartedly recommend the product.

I have had these for years. Mix with skim milk and a banana. Last box most of the packets were leaking. One had a one inch gap at the top. The product all over the box and the other packets. A few small black bugs in the box. The box was not smashed. Must have been packaged wrong. Ordered a replacement to see if any better. Replacement received! Excellent condition
