Just what I needed to make Magnesium oil.

Works perfect to make Magnesium oil. Ratio of 1:1 distilled water and magnesium oil. Bring 1 cup water to boil and add 1 cup of the flakes. Melts quickly. Let cool. And use. Like all magnesium oil....it stings/itches a bit after you spray it on your skin. I prefer to swish it in my mouth like in oil pulling but when I do get leg cramps or muscle pain I spray on directly. I make two recipes. So I make 3 cups. I use half for a traditional recipe. The remaining half I adjust by by watering down a bit with more distilled water plus Calendula oil - 1T, few drops lavender essential oil, and coconut oil ~ 2T-4T.

I can have some tactile issues sometimes and I dont like the feeling of traditional Magnesium oil on my skin especially if used before going to bed. That's why I like my 2nd recipe better for spraying on my skin.

This is a great value! After 3 cups of flakes used I have more than half still left over. What a deal.

This stuff is magic

I love how relaxed and limber I feel after taking a bath with just an 8oz cup. I have taken epsom salt baths for years but and never knew that magnesium flakes were different and simply more effective at relaxing muscles and aiding in overall wellness. My five year old is so much more relaxed and easier to put to bed after just 1/2 cup dissolved in her bath. I've been ordering a new tub regularly for the past 8 weeks and don't think I could go for long without this bath salt.

Good stuff

My hands hurt so bad and I started putting mag oil on at night and morning within a few days my hands were not as stiff and little to no ache.

Works Great!

Love these!! Works great for joint pain and relaxation while in the tub! Dissolves fast like other high quality brands I have bought and this is one big jar! (Lasts me about 2 months)

Better than Epsom salt and good price!

So far so good! Works better for soaking painful muscles than standard Epsom salt and it's a great price.

I know I rely a lot on reviews and I appreciate the time taken to submit them, so please press the helpful button. Thanks! :]

Made in a lab

I have not bought this product but I’ve been researching which bath salts are the best here’s what I found out online... Magnesium chloride hexahydrate (MCH) is chemically produced in a lab. In contrast, pure magnesium chloride (MC) is harvested directly from seawater.
