Seems to be a good multivitamin. I'm a pediatric nurse and I decided to use this my first year after I switched specialities to boost my immune system during the 2019/2020 pre-pandemic cold/flu season. It did seem to help so I still take it a few times a week. It is a pretty large "horse" pill though, I would not recommend to anyone with difficulties swallowing!

I have no issue with the contents or size of these multivitamins. They seem to work just as well as the previous ones I had. But the smell when you open the container is horrid. You can taste it in your mouth as well. I don't know how to describe the smell other than rotting food. I have never had such a foul smelling vitamin/pill and I have taken lots of different supplements over the years. Would not recommend or buy again because of how bad the smell is.

I had gas for two weeks until my body got used to always having gas. I'm not sure I will buy again, but I'm using the ones I have -- and gas.

I hate reviewing vitamins and supplements because at the end of the day the only true indicator of their efficacy would be blood draws at intervals for more than six months. With that being said I will just comment on the actual vitamins.<br /><br />I had recently run out of my multi vitamin when this became available to review. I do know that Sundown Naturals via their television commercials have pledged 100 percent GMO free compliance for all bottles that are dated after March 2017. Kudos to Sundown Naturals for making an active change when they could have just ignored! As far as these vitamins they have Esther-C; the better vitamin C and are also free of Dairy/Lactose and Artificial flavoring and colors.<br /><br />The one and only complaint that I can see happening is that these capsules are HUGE. They smell a bit like chocolate and are even the same color. There is not after taste or indigestion ever and my urine is not a neon color as with other supplements. The size though is bigger than once inch long and half an inch wide. I can take more than 4 capsules of any medication at one time with barely any liquid. With these monsters I have to take one by one and drink a lot because they will get stuck. This is not a personal issue but I can see it for people that have a problem with pills in general. Taking the two capsules daily with a mean can become a torturous moment.<br /><br />Highly recommend if you are in the market for the ingredients that this particular vitamin supplies. Keep in mind that they are HUGE and will not just slide down easily. Other than that concern, I feel great and have no negative side effects.

As multi vitamins go, Sundown Naturals has been in the game for quite some times and puts out very good products. The Multi +Daily Immune Support includes zinc, which is a known to improve the immune system and to benefit people who get ear infections often. It is also good for macular degeneration and treats the common cold. Ester C is a slow dissolving vitamin C to give you the most benefit of vitamin C. This is a good product that contains 8 essential vitamins, zinc, Echinacea, elderberry and astragalus. A good adult vitamin with immune properties. Just what the doctor ordered.

I don't understand why these pills are so big. Some people buy vitamins for elders and not everyone can take pills that big. I ordered other pills from the same company and they're huge too. That is uncomfortable for most.
