Does Not Mix Well

As far as ingredients and macros go this powder is great. But that was the only thing I thought that was great about it. The first thing I learned when I tried to make a shake with this powder is that if you don't follow the exact directions (use exactly 6-8oz of milk/water and blend for ONLY 20-30 seconds) you will end up with a blender filled with thick foam to the brim that does not go down and is essentially useless. When blending for the directed amount of time unless you have a small bullet blender it remains chunky and the powder creates no thickening effect. so its essentially a watery shake with chunks in it. If you put it in a blender bottle and shake it you will get the same thing. I ended up having to mix my shakes by hand for about 10 minutes each time to get the consistency to be tolerable. The flavor is fine, it's very mild, it didn't have any odd aftertaste. It's definitely a powder that would be easiest for maybe adding it to something rather than having it as a stand alone shake.

My new go to

I usually drink MRM but tried this. Like it a lot better plus states it's non GMO, no growth hormone, and made in the USA. 30 servings vs MRM 20. Monk fruit vs stevia. I don't love the taste of stevia so think I'll be switching to this. Had the choc w unsweetened almond milk. 👍🏼👍🏼

Great source of protein

Awesome product! High in protein and has no junk or sugar added. Tastes delicious too! I'll definitely buy again.

Pure Protein

Straight Protein, natural. Best way to go. Mixes well with milk and frozen fruit. I like it with out adding sugar or Stivia.

Living up to ketogenic promises

Using this egg white was recommended by an advocate for the ketogenic diet. Yes, it was expensive. But the keto bread turned out spectacularly.

I love this. It is all natural and a great way to add protein or extra protein to any shake or meal. It is good quality. The only con is the sealing of the bag is difficult. You have to be very careful to make sure all the powder is knocked down into the bag or it won't seal. Maybe some sort of canister or zip lock bag would work better with powder. However, with this being said, it will be on my repurchase list for sure. The taste is great. You cannot even tell you have added egg whites to your shake except for the frothiness.
