I love Metabolic Drive protein power. I would suggest anyone try it.
I got this recipe from Kevin C. a personal trainer with Alessi Fitness in Amherst, NY. Take two scoops of protein power ( Metabolic Drive) vanilla or banana are the best flavors. Mix in egg whites and a dash of almond milk. Your mixture should be the same as regular pancake batter. Heat your pan and spray it well. Yummy low fat and good for you pancakes. For an added treat top with fresh berries of your choice.
