My wife was experiencing muscle pain for 3 years, her Doctor kept telling her she needed to lose weight, a friend recommended the advanced Vitamin D, in A WEEK HER PAIN WAS GONE!!! She had a Doctor appointment the following week she takes the vitamins with her to show her Doctor. So the Doctor decides to take a vitamin D test. Guess what? If you listen to the researcher Dr. Cannell who developed this formula, you will understand why this product works better than buying plain Vitamin D. There must be co-factors especially magnesium to allow the vitamin D to get into the cells.<br />Vitamin D, he says is not really a vitamin but a steroid hormone that is absorbed through the skin from the sun and through that mechanism finds its way to the cells. This would be 5 stars if it was not so pricey. Other than that - it is perfect. I have read his articles and appreciate that this contains the necessary K. Something you must take if you are adding D. My daughter was diagnosed as severely deficient. Using this formula she is feeling better and I appreciate the quality of this supplement. Just wish it was a little more affordable.

I have tried several brands of vitamin D. This one is the best I've tried. I have a chronic vitamin D deficiency and have been given prescription D - 50K IU's but they make me feel bad at times so I wanted a smaller dose. Tried this and when i take it at night, in the morning I feel great! I only take it every couple days.

I can actually feel this working. Taken with fat and Vitamin K, I've been taking 4 capsules in the morning. My energy and libido is noticeably higher the days/nights I take it. Expensive, but has more efficacy than other brands.

Can't believe this formula was not created earlier!<br />for me it:<br />-gives energy<br />-suppresses food cravings big time!<br />- supports overall health<br />- and hopefully does whatever it should in the long run
