*DISCLAIMER: I WAS GIVEN THIS PRODUCT TO REVIEW FOR FREE*<br /><br />I do a keto diet where I eat minimal carbs and a lot of fat. My insulin level stays very constant and I don't get those midday sleepy moments. I do drink a lot of water (1.5+ gals a day) and as such I pee a lot of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, and most importantly magnesium). I also take a multivitamin (as a catch-all for any missing vits), lite-salt, and magnesium everyday and it has helped improve my life tremendously. Best form of magnesium. Pretty effective. I take it before bed. Magnesium L-Threonate is a bit expensive so I stick to Glycinate form or D-Aspartate which are closer to its effective and are way cheaper.<br /><br />I always get very vivid dreams if I take magnesium 1-2 hours before bed. I have also noticed that my stool is smoother and softer. I could swear it's a different color (darker, like I just took pepto-bismul) but I experiment a lot of with my body to pinpoint the cause and I haven't bothered to investigate further since the change went away after 10ish days. Most importantly since I drink a lot of water and my body runs through electrolytes so fast, this is the best/easiest way for me to get the missing magnesium since it's not easily supplemented for the things I like to eat.<br /><br />Thanks for the awesome product!
