I have been calling the company for weeks now and no one will answer my questions. I have been transferred and hung up on. I have been buying this for years and now it taste awful. I want to know if the formula has changed. If not is it even safe now? It taste watery, bitter, and just horrible. It use to be thicker and kind of sweet.<br /> While writing this I received a call to say they changed the formula..... Hmmmm I said "the label didn't reflect this". She replied "Oh ,I know and I'm sorry." I know... why wouldn't you make it known on the label, or let your customers know???? Apparently the agave nectar has been reduced to nothing in the new formula. I am very dissatisfied and will buying elsewhere from now own. I feel deceived to say the least.

Really help us keep the immune system working fine, we, parents and children, take it daily. The taste is sour, and we like it. We don't have to take any cold medicines. Thanks Jehovah God for nature and for helping us undertand that nature provides what our body needs!

I've ordered the 3 pack 3x since November 15th of last year. The first order was excellent. The product was a golden clear color, tasted right, and I was convinced it helped me stave off some cold viruses. However, my two subsequent orders were a putrid dark brown and tasted rotten. I had to throw them away. I wrote the company to explain the problem but it hasn't changed the incoming product.<br />Something's changed in their ingredients, the manufacturing, packaging, or shipping. All i can say now is, &#34;YUK!&#34;

I’ve been buying this vitamin c for a few years, I like it because- 1) it’s a liquid, 2) it has bioflavonoids to assist in absorption, 3) its taste is pleasant.<br />It has a sweet tart taste. Will continue to buy.

If, like me, you like to take a lot of Vitamin C during flu and cold season, but are tired of swallowing so many large tablets, this stuff is for you! It's the easiest way to take a supplement. I read that some have complained about the tartness. I disagree. It's not nearly as tart as a chewable. Amazon's price is significantly less expensive than my local, &#34;discount,&#34; vitamin store.<br />If you already have a cold/cough try it with a shot of good tequila. Goes down easy, and alcohol is second, only to a narcotic, as a cough suppressant. Salud!<br /><br />Just wanted to add that I received a three pack, awhile back, that was definitely, &#34;off.&#34; Fermented! If you notice that the foil seal is pillow topped, don't open, send it back for a replacement. I opened a bottle and it hissed when it opened, like a can of soda, and was unpalatable. VERY acidic. I suspect that others with the complaint of tartness may have received a similar bottle. Amazon replaced them all and the new ones were just fine. Wish auto ship was an option with this product.

I emailed the company to inquire about any possible GMO source ingredients in their product. Thankfully they replied in the negative! I give my two boys a tablespoon full every day and they tolerate it very well. They don't love it, but they don't complain either.
