Well, I just started the biotin three days ago, and I'm expecting BIG improvements for my hair and nails. My sister, who has recently finished her chemo treatments, swears by it....love that it just sits under my tongue...I don't tolerate pills well.

These Biotin pills are designed to dissolve in the mouth, luckily, they taste great. I've been taking the recommended two per day for months and it has helped my shedding problem quite a lot. If I stop taking Biotin for even a few days, my hair starts to shed again, so in my experience, this is an effective treatment. I haven't had any side effects.

My sister told me about Biotin because I was having some concerns about my nails, with was getting fragile. I tried Natrol General Health Biotin and guess what?!? I LOVE IT!!! It's easy to use and delicious... So I'm in the third bottle and no planning to stop.

I loved the Biotin but we received only one instead of two bottles. The second bottle was Melatonin.
