I use this as a staple in my diet, I don't want to use any other kind. Several years ago I read that Asian women used fish collagen for their skin, but I felt the price was prohibitive. For over a year I used the beef kind, but since finding this gem it is all I use. I use between 4 and 8 tablespoons a day.
