I have been taking the Mega Minerals for several months. I also have been taking statins for elevated cholesterol for over 15 years. For me, this medication causes muscle cramps, especially in my legs and feet. Many times it has gotten so bad that I have had to take other medication to relieve the cramps. Since I started using Mega Minerals not only have I stopped taking the additional medications, I have stopped having the cramps altogether.<br />I had a heart attack 15 years ago, I told my doctor that I thought that I hurt more than my heart. I said I am not thinking as clearly as I did and I keep forgetting things. He said you are fine, that's just the medicine. For me at least, Mega Minerals seem to be helping with that problem. I feel brighter, clearer and in general I just feel better and more energetic since starting to take them.<br />I would highly recommend trying them for a couple of months to see if they work for you.

Wow great mineral for me. my finger nails are hard the ridges are gone my hair is growing and filling in the price is perfect I was using a mineral drop that where working great but they price me out glad I found this one

To be completely honest with you be careful of this supplement. Most of the minerals in this are poorly absorbed by the body for example the Magnesium is Magnesium oxide which is poorly absorbed. So if you have bad digestion I wouldn’t recommend this. May work better for you if your digestion I’d good. Gave one Star because it had no effect

At first, I was just looking for a magnesium supplement. Then, I came across this one and it is the cheaper between the two similar products. Multivitamins with minerals doesn't have enough minerals that this product has. It is complete and it completes my dietary needs. You have to take 2 huge tablets but, at least you don't have to take your mineral supplements separately.

This product seems to address a Mineral deficiency which I am hopeful to correct. Just starting taking the pill so time will tell.

Most multivitamins contain only small amounts of key minerals the body needs to function properly and fight disease. These contain all your key minerals and trace minerals which also critical. I take these with a high potency vitamin to cover all the gaps and keep my body good working order. Highly recommended.
