Decent, with a couple of caveats
Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Smooth flavor with no weird aftertaste, which is rare in this category. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.

Has become a daily essential

Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.

Worth every penny
Mixes clean with just a shaker bottle — no clumps and no grit at the bottom. Cost per serving is lower than my old brand and the quality is at least as good. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.
