Good but not perfect
Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. For what you pay, the ingredient quality is excellent. Ingredient list has more fillers than I'd like for the price.

Disappointed after a full bottle
Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid. Quality felt inconsistent between batches — color and texture varied. The seal was broken on arrival, which made me nervous about freshness.

Quality you can actually feel
Consistent quality across every tub I've bought so far. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.
