Easy to mix, smooth to drink, tastes slightly bean/nutty. BETTER FLAVOR THAN WHEY
I love this consistency of this. smooth slightly grainy. not like sand but more like...beans/nuts that were floured. I enjoy it much more than whey isolate because of the flavor also. the flavor and smell of whey isolate was always off putting to me. The flavor this adds to my mix is slightly nutty/beany. reminds me almost of redbean.

I mix it with water, dark cocoa, and sugar.
10-12 oz of COLD water
3-4 tbsp of soy protein isolate powder
1-2 tbsp of cocoa
1.5-2 tbsp of sugar
(Mix like you would a gravy of flour and water)
1) mix the sugar and cocoa in a small amount of water. mix with fork until a thick chocolaty liquid. should smell sweet.
2) add 1 tbsp of the Protein Powder (pp). Mixture will thicken. add water and keep the consistency of a thick pudding/runny cake icing.
3) Repeat step 2 until all of soy protein added.
4) after soy protein added, slowly add water while stirring. Consistency should be smooth and like a slightly thick milkshake.
5) Add water until desired thickness.

Enjoy. It should taste GREAT and be smooth. slightly grainy like floured beans/nuts, and taste chocolaty with a slightly nutty profile.

also a note...This is not filling to me. Personally I usually feel hungry again within an hour of eating this. I don't think it's good enough as a meal substitute. I eat this then munch on some bread or some carbs. sometimes edamame.

DO NOT ALLOW TO CLUMP WHILE MIXING. IF IT GETS CLUMPY, THROW IT IN A BLENDER! IT WILL FOAM A LITTLE IN THE BLENDER...BUT NOT A LOT.

-----

I no longer consume soy products. I felt myself getting weak minded and efiminate while taking this. I now only eat rotisserie chicken and red meat for protein. I eat mostly meat and nuts with few vegetables.
