Idk why there is so much whining about the taste/smell. This is a quality multivitamin, made from quality ingredients, with no BS chemicals thrown in to make them look or smell pretty.<br /><br />As for the gluten free claim, it's valid. Wheatgrass does NOT contain gluten, only the seeds of wheatgrass contain gluten.

So many people complain about how this taste, really? I guess people just complain for anything, this doesn’t smell like anything, u don’t smell or chew these caps, just swallow it and get over it, this is a good value w all essential Vits and minerals, anything nutricost do is top quality

I was advised by my endocrinologist to stop taking biotin as it was affect my TSH levels and causing false test results and concerns with my thyroid. Problem is - try finding a multi-vitamin that doesn't contain biotin! I finally found these and after 7 years of taking my old multivitamin I think these will be a decent replacement.<br /><br />I just got these today, to be fair, and have only taken my first dose so maybe my opinion will change but I don't see what everyone is complaining about with the taste and smell. They smell like a vitamin? Unless you get chewables or gummies no vitamin really tastes or smells great. Honestly these smell and taste a lot better than other vitamins I've tried in the past. So no complaints there.<br /><br />My only complaint so far is they're a twice a day (I prefer a once a day) and a bit large so I'm hoping they won't upset my stomach. If so I'll just have to take one in the AM and one in PM to try to space them out.<br /><br />I'm just glad I was able to find an affordable vegetarian friendly vitamin that doesn't contain biotin. So far so good!

Amazing. I’m so glad I found this, multivitamins def help but also so so the probiotic. I’ve been able to use the bathroom every day when i take these pills and before i was passing stool maybe every 3-4 days. And on a different note the vitamins It also helps replenish my body after hangovers. After turning vegan and turning 30, my hangovers have been so bad, even if I only had 2-3 glasses of wine. (There is a nutrient in meat that helps break down alcohol so that could be the reason they’ve gotten worse) But l I noticed if I take these before bed after I’ve drank, it helps lessen my hangover.... I mean I still have them but def not as bad.

It doesn't have Biotin which is why I bought it.

These stink, smell horrible<br />And they taste bad or have a bad aftertaste, if you take them on an empty stomach<br />But they are great multi vitamins for gastric bypass patients no upset tummy
