Bought the Orange flavor - the taste is not good - very bad vitamin taste and I wanted to return the product and found out AFTER I purchased it that there are no returns - had I known that I wouldn't have tried the product.

Tastes really bad

Family member who is keto used this mixed with water and Miralax instead of the Gatorade recommended by doctor (with his OK). She said not only was the prep easier, but not having the huge sugar hit (or modified food starch/sucralose of Gatorade Zero) made her feel so much better during her prep day. Before she'd have sugar highs and lows and spend the next few days recovering from all of the sugar as much as the actual procedure. She gave the rest of the packets to my brother who works out at a gym on his way home from work, and he likes them because he can keep them in his car and shake into a water bottle for an easy post-workout drink.

Orange flavor is like salty Tang.

Love these great flavor..have them on shipment ..Im a covid longhauler and need to stay hydrated.

I was using Crystal Light Orange Classic but was told not great for insulin/low carb so I switched. Taste initially was off but now CL is too sweet and this is my taste. Dissolved after a few shakes. It’s my morning go to as I also drop a few Iodine in as well as Miralax to keep me running smoothly. I freeze my water bottle for 90 minutes to get a slushy.
