Bought this because I was having restless legs and cramps. I was advised to try it. Wasnt expecting miracles...but the first night I used it, I was finally able to sleep.

I bought this primarily to soothe my sore jaw muscles from nighttime clenching and grinding. So far, it's been a big help during the daytime. It's just the right consistency to rub onto my face right after I wake up, and the effect is immediate. Muscles are more relaxed and pain is relieved. I also use it on tight hamstrings, back and neck muscles before going to bed, and it is very effective. The aloe vera they added in has helped to counter the drying effect concentrated magnesium chloride brine can have on the skin. It massages in easier and leaves less salty residue on top of the skin afterwards. I also like the fact that there are only 3 simple ingredients: Magnesium Chloride Brine, Deionized Water & Organic Aloe Vera Leaf Juice. Overall, I love this better than LifeFlo's plain version of Magnesium Oil Spray. Same efficacy, but this one is better for me just for its spreadability and hydrating effect on my skin. Wouldn't want to be without it.

Bought this as a magnesium supplement b/c the oral form is hardly absorbed from everything i've studied. Transdermal (via an "oil spray" like this) is the way to go! Does wonders for anxiety / tension. The burning isn't that bad, it isn't actually burning, just the sensation of something salty on your skin that can get kindve tingly / itchy so it feels like it is burning -- and in any case it goes away after a while, and you can get used to it. Amazing stuff.

Husband and daughter complained of itching. My husband had small rash. We cut down the amount used with my daughter and use on thigh rather than arm. We discontinued use with my husband.
