Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival. Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant.

Worth every penny
Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use.
