Like all Legion supplements, great quality and the right amount of EPA/DHA without having to swallow a handful of pills! The pills are also easier to swallow than other brands I have used in the past. If you want to reap the many health benefits of fish oil, don't waste your money elsewhere. This is the product to go with!

Just bought my second bottle. Legion uses scientific research to determine how much to put in their fish oil, and also how to make it. This a great product for long term health. Go to their website, read the why and how. They post links to research to support their claims. Legion is the best thing in the supplement industry right now.

It is absolutely unacceptable that this contains Carrageenan. I read your answer in the description and frankly, it disturbs me. You seem completely uninformed on how bad this stuff is for a ton of people. Not only does it cause intestinal irritation, it's a SUSPECTED carcinogen and is also suspected to affect insulin resistance and cause glucose issues. It is absurd that you would include this in a health product.<br /><br />Also, no one is referring to the degraded form of this. The food form has side effects for a number of people.<br /><br />I am a fan of your product line but you missed the mark here and I would highly urge you to remove this immediately. If you ever remove it this changes to a 5 star review.<br /><br />For now, I'll stick with Omega Jym and warn clients away from this. Even though I don't personally like Jim Stoppani his Omega supplement is just better than yours at this point because of this.

Having taken other fish oils pills and experienced the gross after taste I was a bit skeptical about this pill. Not only does it not leave any taste, but it is actually easier to swallow than previous fish oil supplements. I take 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner. Given the higher quality of this supplement and the lack of negative side effects, I will continue taking it and order additional supplements from the company.

Awesome Fish Oil. I've taken several different kinds, NOW, Nordic Naturals, etc., but this one is the only one that doesn't leave that nasty fishy taste in my mouth. Others would cause a little burping and the bad taste, but I have no side effects with this. Will be purchasing from now on!

I rate this 5 stars because while reading its product page I learned about the different types of fish oil available and realized I'd been paying for a lesser quality type when I could have bought this. now I know the differences and that sort of research and information is valuable to me as an educated consumer.
