My first husband battled chronic Lyme disease (which DOES exist!) for over 5 years. One of the symptoms he developed early on was insomnia. We had 4 children at the time and when he didn’t sleep, neither did I, which caused our day-to-day lives to become all the more difficult. I get the best sleep results from this brand of Melatonin. I have terrible sleep, always have this brand is one I depend on to get some improvement. Plus I like the added minerals, Zinc & Selenium. Some research suggests Zinc & Selenium could help in protection against breast cancer.

I’m a repeat buyer of this brand of melatonin. If you need any help getting to sleep or going back to sleep when you wake up, look no further. This is an extremely tiny pill but it packs quite a punch. 15-20 minutes after taking it I can barely keep my eyes open. It’s so effective that my only caveat is to be careful when you take it. My husband woke up in the early morning and couldn’t get back to sleep. He took one too close to when he had to wake up. When his alarm went off he was still groggy, that’s how deeply he had fallen back asleep.
