Not happy that these just fall apart after a day or two being in my daily pill box. Totally missed that in the reviews. Wish the bottles said something about that, though, since I read the entire label and didn't find anything about that.

Using other magnesium forms is less advantageous because they have to be converted into chlorides in the body anyway. The other forms need to produce additional hydrochloric acid to be absorbed. Magnesium Chloride and Sodium Bicarbonate are used in the Emergency Room routinely as a life saving protocol. Unfortunately Magnesium Chloride is hard to find in pill form for some sad reason and it is by far the most beneficial. Don't sweat about any crumbling just get it into your body.

Good product for the price. Once out of the bottle the tablets will absorb moisture from air and adjacent pills stored in the same compartment when presorted for transporting; they will then begin to crumble. Once out of the bottle, they are best used that same day. Keep the bottle closed tightly.
