Needs a blender to mix properly, a shaker just doesn't cut it. Not worth the premium — comparable products cost less per serving. Wish the dosing were more transparent instead of a proprietary blend.

Sleep quality went up almost immediately, which is exactly what I wanted. Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant.
