Hard to open the bottle
It is hard to open the bottle. My father try to open then he twisted his wrist and I tried to open with sciossor then with screwdriver and can open the lid.

Watch out the melt!
Don’t buy these from Amazon in the summer months. They were picked well in a thermal bag but had melted into one big glob of goo. And they did not sit outside. I expect it was just too hot in the delivery truck.

Don't order online if you live somewhere hot!
First of all, I LOVE the product, I have been using it for years and Would have given 5 stars but I want to make sure people see this.<br />I am also generally happy with the seller, Pharmapacks, as I have ordered from them several times in the past.<br />These Gummies, however, were completely melted into one big blob when I opened the box. I didn't even try to return them because I figured "Hey, I knew it was going to be 100°+ that week."<br />Perhaps a Warning about shipping to Hot Climate Areas on the description page would be in order.

Great product HORRIBLE BOTTLE DESIGN....
Great product. However the bottle is not a great design. I had to cut it open to get to the product. I'm 27 and pretty strong and fi ally just cut it.....

It arrived melted and NOT usable!!! I've reached out 2x!
Can't use item! Can't remove from package because it's melted!!! Can't reach anyone to get refund or replacement!!! I spent money for NOTHING I just want the product. I am a repeat customer! This is ridiculous!!!!
