I have been a Health Coach for over 10+ years. The bottle says to take 4 per day for ONE serving size (ingredients in the bottle.) However, if you take other vitamins or eat plenty of vegetables throughout the day, I advise only taking 2 per day, one in the morning and one in the evening prior to bed. I take one every morning before coffee. My wife does not and she has caught colds on airplanes when I have not. My skin is improving slowly with the vitamin C and I feel great. The formula has other beneficial ingredients too; Vitamin C is the biggie but also substantial doses of A , E, Zinc, manganese, selenium, magnesium, plus echinacea and ginger! Great way to start each day and they suggest 4 a day so I space them out late morning, afternoon and evening if I remember. A, C &E together are really good for your skin. there are 3 grams of sugar which is important since sugar causes inflammation and unneeded calories. (Always avoid gummies!) Sugar is proven to be a cause of Cardio Vascular disease especially here in the US where it is often combined with saturated fats; the combination is deadly over time. Airborne is great; there is nothing not to like! : )

So i was coming down with bronchitis, ears were burning, sore throat, chest congestion, just feeling horrible. I took one tablet in the morning and another at night. I woke up and felt a total difference, my mucus was more solid and coming up, my ear and throat stop hurting. Im currently on day two, i will keep you posted.<br /><br />UPDATE: I'm on my third day, and noticed that it started to over dry my throat out and it made my cough even more extremely painful cuz the mucus got stuck. So I took extra measures and started making tumeric tea with honey which moisten my throat and helped move my mucus along more easily. I also noticed taking 3 pills of airborne gave me a headache. So I will limit to 2 a day.

This time of year when the sick folks will not stay home and insist on coughing and hacking in public we need all the help we can get. I believe I have avoided colds and the flu by taking 2 a day and if I have a inkling I have been exposed to cold or flu I up it 4 tablets 3 time a day. It Works!

I've had one and cannot return bottle. There was nothing on ad about it. I shouldn't have assumed it would be healthy. I tasted something off putting immediately. Later suffered a migraine headache as a result. I have a 0 tolerance for sugar substitutes, as do my children. I know there are more like me out there and hopefully, one day, products will be required to boldly post it on their labels. Not in the tiny fine print.

I have been taking this product along with the citrus flavor for the past 6 months due to the bad flu/cold season we had for 2018! Do take with food to avoid heartburn or upset belly! I recommend it for anyone wanting an immunity boost!
