I love these tablets from Zhou Nutrition! I bought them for our my family to make sure that they get proper nutrition because my kids are so sickly. Aside from being very nutritious, they help to boost their immune system so there are less sick days for us. I give it in the morning because it also increases their energy levels and helps them concentrate better in school. I love that this particular brand is high quality, better and than other brands I've tried.

I actually purchased this for my health crazed, vegan daughter. At the time I had a medical issue involving my swollen arm. I had seen an orthopedic and had an MRI that showed a lot of fluid in my arm. He had no explanation for it. He gave me a shot of cortisone and a prescription for Celebrex. After 10 days I had no difference. At my daughters urging I started using the spirulina and abandonded the Celebrex because I did not want to mix drugs. After 2 weeks all the swelling has gone away. It is supposed to be a natural way to cleanse your body. I am a believer. Give it a try!!!!

My husband gets his protein levels checked once or twice a week and even with eating a high protein diet his protein levels ranged from 6.0 to 6.5 at the highest and for him to get a 6.5 was rare. Sometimes his protein level would even go below a 6.0. Since taking this supplement my husbands protein level has gone up ranging between a 6.8 to a 7.1. We haven't down anything different than adding this supplement to his diet. When my husband misses a dose or 2 his protein levels go back down. I would definitely recommend this supplement for those who want to boost there protein intake. Will continue to buy this supplement

Spirulina is an excellent way to get much needed minerals and chlorophyll, and as soon as I started taking the Zhou brand I knew it was top notch quality. The tablets are are a dark green and smell pure and fresh.

This is a re-order. Love the Product! I've been taking it as directed for 1 month. After a couple of weeks on it I started getting compliments from more than 5 people about how much younger I look. I have MS and one of the symptoms is fatigue. Since I've been taking Spirulina I have much more energy and not fatigued. Great product, no adverse side effects, highly recommend. Just a note, I researched this product and I chose this because it was made in USA. Research says to watch ones made out of country.
