I was first introduced to this product by a friend and I loved the benefits I’ve received from it. I noticed growth to my nails in as little as a week and my hair became shiner and felt much stronger.

I now use it since few months and I must say I feel good. Nails are growing faster and hairs also..I think that it improve re-grown also but I am not really sure about that ..I guess I should wait few months more. Regarding skin: this is the main reason for using those pills. I have some condition for a very delicate skin and after few months I am pretty sure that my skin condition is getting much better. I can feel it.

It's very hard to find product that works. And usually products like this don't give fast results that we need.<br />But after a while I can say that result are there. You won't see it on your full hair head with longer hair but you can see difference on shorter hairs. It helps grow more hair but it needs time

This product is amazing. Ever since I started taking these my nails and hair are healthier and growing faster. I am totally amazed. I have noticed my nails become a lot stronger now since I have been taking them. I have noticed that my hair is shinier and more manageable. But as far as i can see I will keep taking them. You have to take 2 with food. So I take them when I eat breakfast so I don't forget to take them. I will be getting another bottle when I'm done with this one. I've been taking these for over 3 months and they're fantastic! After searching months and months for a new hair vitamin I came across these at Walmart but when I went to order them for this month they were outta stock so I ordered from Amazon (same pricing) due to medication and being a type 1 diabetic for over 30 years my hair has suffered pretty badly but now its full,shiny, absolutely no hair shedding anymore (not even in my combs or brushes) in the past 3 months my hair hasn't grown miraculously but I'd say at least an inch and a half 2 inches.

I started taking this because I am a vegetarian and wont take animal-based collagen. I really hoped to see improvement in my fingernails. They were breaking and ripping. After about 2 weeks of taking this, my nails started to get stronger. After one bottle I could definitely feel a difference in them. No more ripping or tearing. I even had to file them. I just bought my next bottle.
