Muscle Cramps Be Gone!
As I've gotten older I've learned that the old saying "getting old is not for sissies" is dead-on accurate. I spend a lot of time working outside on our landscaping in hot and humid Southwest Florida. One of this year's (aging) surprises was waking up in the middle of the night with EXCRUCIATING thigh cramps -- in both thighs at once -- even though I'm very careful about staying hydrated. I've always been prone to the typical muscle cramps in my calves but those are easily walked off. The thigh cramps take it to another level entirely, bad enough that I would have gone to the ER if I was able to drive. But I wasn't.

My primary care physician recommended taking 500 mg of magnesium in the morning and prior to going to bed at night. He also recommended LifeExtension specifically because of his satisfaction with their products being what they say they are. So now I take the magnesium caps and have also added some Gatorade Recovery Bars to help with the chemical balancing while working outside. No more thigh cramps! I can't even begin to tell you what a relief that is. If you suffer from the same malady speak to your doctor and see if this approach is appropriate for you.
