Disappointed after a full bottle
Pricey for what you get, and the serving size is smaller than it looks. Quality felt inconsistent between batches — color and texture varied. Gave me some stomach discomfort, so I had to stop before I could judge results.

Fell short of the claims
Used it consistently for six weeks and honestly felt no difference at all. Pricey for what you get, and the serving size is smaller than it looks. Packaging felt flimsy and one tub arrived slightly dented.

Five stars, no notes
Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Packaging is sturdy and the freshness seal was fully intact on arrival.

Does the job, mostly
The price-to-quality ratio here is hard to beat; I've already reordered twice. Dissolves completely in water, even without a blender. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day. Far too sweet, almost cloying. I have to mask it with extra liquid.
