Was advised to take magnesium 5 years ago after quadruple bypass. Didn't know there were 9 different kinds. I was taking oxide for my stomach.<br />After dealing with PVC's, arithmia, fluttering of my heart, I discovered the above product. &quot;What a difference!&quot; I was ready to throw in the towel if I had to live that way the rest of my life. Everything is in check, only minor flutters depending on what I eat. Highly recommend!

After going whole food plant based in January due to health issues I was shocked that my otherwise normal blood pressure was significantly high! After doing some research about the role nutrition has with blood pressure I decided to give these a try since they have the two types of magnesium that were touted to have a positive effect on blood pressure. I have not been disappointed! While it took some getting used to (magnesium will have some affect on your bowels), I am thrilled that my blood pressure is nearly back to normal ranges! I will definitely have this product in my daily health arsenal!

I purchased this product after reading the advantages of many forms of magnesium for a-fib. I believe this has helped me tremendously. My a-fib is largely under control. I rarely have a bout with it. (Note: I take no prescription drugs to control this condition--only Chinese herbal blends, and Magnesium Broad-Spectrum.)

I went to several different stores and could not find one vitamin that had all 4 types of magnesium. I could find each of the 4 types of magnesium in separate bottles only. Not only expensive but too many pills. So it is nice to find them all in one pill. The only thing that concerns me is that there seems to be only two brands that make this broad spectrum magnesium and I can't help but wonder why only two? And this brand is manufactured by the doctor that recommends this online for heart health. It seems like a good idea but if it is then why don't more companies make it. Look how many companies vitamin C for example. So even though I no longer take 250 MG's of just plain magnesium and take this instead I still can't help but wonder about it.

I've been useing the magnesium for 2 months now. I bought it, because I had issues with sleeping through the night. I did a little research on sleepless nights and read that my body may be lacking magnesium. I decided to try it and it worked. I can now sleep through the night and it keeps the blood pressure at a norm. I do not take any prescribed medicines, however, my pressure tends to elevate at times. Now that I'm taking the magnesium, I'm back to normal. I recommend it to anyone.

I had been using Vital Nutrients Triple Magnesium for years which worked just fine... and thought I'd give Sinatra's formula a try after reading his book.<br />But after a few pills, I was feeling weird...I had both anxiety and yet my muscles felt weak...Also my digestive system<br />felt off and bloated....Either i was reacting to some additive or ingredient in this formula or else it was just not compatible for my particular body/nervous system. I sent my bottle back to Amazon for a refund. Not every supplement works the same for everyone.
