I initially bought this for my daughter, who has Lyme Disease, but ended up trying it for myself. I love it. I get pretty bad anxiety and get depressed at times, taking 2 of these a day really helps. If I don't take it for a few days I start getting anxious, my shoulders and my jaw start getting tense and I start getting depressed. This has been a game changer for me.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Nootropics depot is selling alot of their products WITHOUT expiration dates. I noticed after the fact that my curcumin and coluracetam and citicolone all came WITHOUT expiration dates. However my sensoril ashwaganda did come with an expiration date. This is really bad buisness. ADVICE.... Please chrck youre bottles for expiration dates before opening.

While ashwagandha works fantastic for some people to increase mood and relieve stress, it does the complete opposite for some others. Unfortunately, I am one of those people, and upon taking a capsule, it makes me extremely anxious. I tried taking it various times only to reach the same conclusion. Be warned if trying ashwagandha for the first time.

It is too early to know since I have only been taking it for a few days but I think it makes a difference on my gut an mood. For the better.

I have been taking the Noortropics Sensoril for at least six months and absolutely loved the chill feeling I get from it. I used to take the Nootropics Depot KSM-66 , which I stopped taking because it gave me bad jitters. This last batch makes me feel just as horrible as the KSM-66, and judging by other recent reviews, other people feel the same way. I switched to Swanson Sensoril and have the same calming effects as the prior Noortropic Sensoril I used to use. I don’t know if they changed the formula, but this stuff I have now is horrible and I’m stuck with 6 months of it because I can’t return it. At this point, I can’t recommend it at all.
